Refund and Cancellation Policy

At QuickClash, we deal in digital products (website templates, app source codes, etc.). Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Products

Since our products are intangible and digital, we do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or the email containing the link has been sent.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before the final payment and delivery of the product. Once the payment is made and the digital product is delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

3. When We Issue Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following exceptional cases:

• The digital file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 7 working days.
• Double payment occurred for the same product.

4. How to Request a Refund
